Check in Times

It is important to observe check in times as late arrival may lead to cancellation of travel arrangements. Failure to check in by final check in time will result in no show fees being charged and refusal of carriage on that sailing. Please ensure tickets are checked for the day, date and departure time of sailing on which you are booked. Photo identification and your booking number are required for check in. Once checked in, disembarkation is only allowed at the end of the voyage.

Wheelchair accessible cabins are available on request. This type of cabin is restricted to people with severe mobility impairments (eg those totally confined to a wheelchair as their only means of mobility). Please enquire at time of booking.

All passengers with severe mobility disabilities travelling with a vehicle are required to check in two hours prior to scheduled departure time.
