Spirit of Tasmania today appointed creative advertising agency
Reality for the next three years.
The appointment of Reality follows a detailed tender process
incorporating 43 fully integrated advertising agencies who applied
for the account in early June - all of which were from the
mainland," said Melindy Green, Director Marketing and
Communications, Spirit of Tasmania.
"Reality has over 10 award winning years experience in tourism and
related industries.
"By using a fresh new upbeat theme for the advertisements, Reality
will show how this can be integrated throughout the entire
organisation - including customer experience, promotional
applications of the concept and employee's engagement with the
concept," said Ms Green.
Andrew Siwka, Managing Director at Reality, said "We are excited
about the appointment. Spirit of Tasmania is a great brand and
great experience and we are looking forward to working closely with
our client to communicate this."
"Our new look advertising campaign will be reviewed in line with
our target market's changing expectations," said Ms Green.
"We look forward to working with Reality to produce new brand
positioning and tactical campaigns in the future."
The tender takes effect 1 July 2009 with a campaign scheduled to
begin in September incorporating print, TV and radio.
