From the beginning of my sailings to the end, every staff/crew member I encounter is helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. You make me feel welcome and I really wanted you all to know that your efforts are appreciated.
Mar 09	Kathryn and Sheba	QLD	We've had 6 trips on the Spirit now and all of them have been magic but this time I took my dog on a special holiday to Tasmania. I was concerned of course, it's a long way from QLD and I wanted the whole journey to be comfortable and stress free for my dog. Have to say the kennels were spotlessly clean with water on hand for the entire voyage and, with the addition of her bed, Sheba travelled very well. There was no stress or discomfort. Thank you so much to the staff who looked after my precious cargo.

Great trip, fantastic service, excellent restaurant and very comfy, clean rooms. Every one of your staff we had contact with was exceptional. We shall return!

We cannot speak highly enough of the staff, from booking staff to the crew on board. Nothing more could have been done to make our trip more enjoyable. Certainly a part of holiday our children will remember.
