Flavours of Tassie, a showcase of Tasmanian gourmet food and beverage producers, featuring the state’s best cheeses, chocolates, preserves, beers, ciders, wines and spirits. As well as enjoying free samples, travellers have the chance to meet the makers behind the labels. It’s a great introduction to the island state before you’ve even arrived!
