Spirit of Tasmania is offering a special summer deal on selected Melbourne day sailings between January and March 2006.

From tomorrow, passengers purchasing a Passenger Fare from as little as $99 one-way can buy the second at half price.

Melindy Green, Spirit of Tasmania’s National Manager Sales and Marketing, says the company expects a strong response to the ‘Super Summer Sale’.

“This deal offers tremendous value for our passengers on a fare that is already very affordable,” said Ms Green.

“Our recent Spring Seat Sale, valid for travel until 16 December 2005, has had an incredible response and has given our Melbourne service a valuable boost.

“I encourage passengers travelling from both Tasmania and Melbourne to take up this limited offer on our day sailings. These sailings offer a unique experience for travellers to enjoy a day at sea.”
