Spirit of Tasmania is keeping it fresh for passengers with a new menu and more entertainment options on its Sydney-Devonport journey.
Passengers can choose from four delicious new main courses in Elements Restaurant:
- Braised lamb shanks on a creamy potato mash – with red wine sauce
- Fillet of Macquarie Harbour ocean trout on stir-fried vegetables – with a chilli lime dressing
- Roast leg of duck on pumpkin and sage risotto – with veal jus
- Tuscan herb chicken breast on fuesli pasta – with napolitana sauce
Additionally, the restaurant still offers great antipasto, chilled Tasmanian seafood and a range of desserts and cheeses.
With brunch and dinner included in the fare on Spirit of Tasmania III, passengers will certainly enjoy value for money when dining on board.
Spirit of Tasmania has installed two new plasma screens in the Southern Cross Atrium so passengers can enjoy both the view of the sea and the latest sporting event or movie simultaneously.
The entertainment on board keeps getting better with rangers from Tasmanian Parks and Wildlife now conducting presentations on Spirit of Tasmania III all year round due to popular demand.
This is all in addition to the live entertainment in the piano lounge, on-board cinema, cafe, reading room, bars and more on board one of Australia’s great journeys.
