The Tasmanian Premier has announced that Victoria will be classified as a low risk area from 12.01am on Saturday 20 February.
Travellers arriving in Tasmania after 12.01am on Saturday 20 February will not be required to quarantine on arrival as long as they have not spent time at any of the high risk premises at the specified dates and times. These travellers should now register their travel and contact details via the Tas e-Travel system.
Travellers who have spent time at any high risk premises at the specified dates and times listed at coronavirus.tas.gov.au will not be permitted to enter Tasmania (unless approved as an Essential Traveller). These passengers need to apply for a G2G Pass.
Spirit of Tasmania will continue to waive amendment and cancellation fees on existing bookings if these restriction prevent you from travelling. If you wish to amend or cancel your booking, please click here or contact your travel agent. Please note: if an amendment is made and there is an increase in the fare price, it will be payable at the time of making the change.
