Spirit of Tasmania continues to operate its daily Bass Strait sailings as normal. We will communicate via SMS any changes to our sailing schedule.
What are the additional quarantine restrictions for entering Tasmania?
Everyone coming into Tasmania will now be required to self-isolate for 14 days. This means domestic travellers from mainland Australia and those travelling from overseas.

Border restrictions currently apply to Tasmania only.
The credit card I used to pay for my fare is cancelled, how do I access my refund?
If your credit card refund has been processed to a card that you no longer use, please contact the financial institution that issued the card to trace your refund.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
CREDIT CARD: Please allow 3 business days for a refund to be processed back to your credit card.
POLi PAYMENT: A refund request received prior to 4:00pm on Wednesday, 18 March will be issued as a cheque refund and posted to the address in the booking. Please allow 14 days for processing + standard Australia Post timelines.
A refund request received from 4:00pm on Wednesday, 18 March will be refunded by direct credit to originating bank. Please allow 2-5 business days.
