SAFETY and COMPLIANCE

Travelling on board

Approved assistance animals are permitted in passenger areas and remain with their handler throughout the journey.

While on board, your assistance animal must remain under your control, or under the control of another person acting on your behalf.

In an emergency, our crew will provide reasonable assistance where it is safe to do so.

Biosecurity requirements still apply, including for animals travelling to Tasmania.
