- Permanent Part Time role rostered on a 14 day roster working alternate weekends
- 42 hrs per fortnight (Part time)

The role of the Customer Service Officer (CSO) manages the customer experience within the terminal with the expectation for working across our 2 main areas:
- Passenger Operations
- Carry out passenger check in duties and other responsibilities ensuring a smooth passenger experience
- Ensure that necessary paperwork is completed on time and that all reporting is completed as per service delivery agreements and company requirements.
- Assisting passengers;
- during disrupted or delayed services;
- who require special assistance
- Prepare and assist in the coordination and administration of voyage material relating to all areas of the department
- Freight Operations
- Coordinate the receival and delivery of freight units into the terminal
- On receipt of freight units ensuring all details required are recorded and transmitted to other stakeholders for loading and dispatch.
- Ensure all freights units are recorded and documentation is completed ready for loading
- Managing freight yard allocations and ensuring all freight is accounted and secure.
- Ensuring effective operation and efficient administration resulting in on time departures
- Prepare and assist in the coordination and administration of voyage material relating to all areas of the department
- The ability to undertake duties in all weather conditions throughout the year working in a live freight yard.
