Alchymia Distillery is a boutique small batch craft distillery making Tasmanian whisky and gin on-site from the finest Tasmanian ingredients. Offering Distillery tours where you meet the maker and a tasting room where visitors can come and enjoy the view and soak up the ‘spirit’ of Table Cape.

Our tourism experience includes distillery tours, bottle sales and platters of locally made Red Cow organic cheese (please call to book platters in the winter prior to arrival). Private cask sales are available to the true whisky lover who would like to make their own whisky and follow its journey through to maturation.

Our venue is strictly over 18’s only.

We are open Thursday by appt and then Friday-Sunday, 12pm – 4pm.
