Welcome to this brand new visitor information centre located in the picturesque setting of the Ballarat Botanical Gardens. They offer a warm welcome, personalised service, and a range of recommendations showcasing all that the region has to offer.

The Botanical Gardens Visitor Information Centre provides a pet-friendly space and dedicated caravan or long vehicle parking for our wide range of visitors.

This space also houses a selection of products that showcase their incredible local producers and artisans from the Made of: Ballarat shop.

Complimentary wi-fi, public toilets, water refill station, local soft drinks and deli products are also available.
