The Healing Nest is a restful Haven to step away from the hustle and bustle of your daily life and reconnect with your true self.

In this luxurious yet earthy environment, you will be taken on a journey of true rest and relaxation.

Tucked at the back of the building is the newly renovated space, Bright Soul Studio.

Bright Soul Studio promotes self-care, wellbeing, growth, consciousness and community through movement, breath, sound, mindfulness and fitness.

Bright Soul Studio is offering a wide range of weekly classes, workshops and events scheduled on a three-monthly rotation, following the season.
