Captains Cove offers beautiful waterfront accommodation on the Paynesville canals. The heart of the Gippsland Lakes and a protected and popular waterfront mooring for holiday and boating enthusiasts. Only a short walk to the Raymond Island Ferry where you can visit koalas in their natural habitat and an array of wildlife.

Choose from 15 waterfront apartments offering one, two or three bedrooms. Fully self-contained, spacious, modern and well equipped. The apartments offer free Wi-Fi, smart televisions, king beds, private balconies and a barbecue. Each apartment has it’s own private jetty to moor the boat, fish from, jump off or relax from.

Boating enthusiasts have easy access to Loch Sport, Metung and Lakes Entrance. Fishing is accessible into the Nicholson, Tambo and Mitchell Rivers, and Lakes Victoria, King, and Wellington or throw a line in from your private jetty.

Captain’s Cove offers an indoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, bike, stand up paddle board and kayak hire. With the resort set in a quiet area it is an easy walk to local village, cafes and restaurants.
