Ceres Distilling Co is family owned and named after the hamlet of Ceres close to Geelong and is a functioning distillery housing five state of the art I-Stills from the Netherlands.

The Distillery Door is open two days a week and guests can taste four Whisky’s and six Gins. Experience delicious Gin, Whisky and Vodka cocktails and three tasting paddles to choose from including Ceres Dry/Strong/Pepperberry Gins, Ceres Barrel Aged Shiraz/Sherry/Whisky Gins and the new Roslin Single Malt Whisky range.

Masterclasses and the unique Spirit Lab Gin Experience are bookable and held by Ceres master distiller Ross Johnston monthly. Experiences includes tastings charcuterie and Spirit Lab you become the distiller for the day and take home your own Gin.

Local beer and wine, coffee is available as is a delicious food menu which compliments the Whisky and Gin.
