Keep an eye out for the City Ambassadors in their distinctive red uniforms and get personal assistance with directions, public transport enquiries, events, retail, dining and more.

Wherever you are from, the volunteers can help you. They are approachable, friendly and equipped with extensive local knowledge.

City Ambassadors are found at various locations in the Melbourne CBD as well as at Federation Square.
