Coragulac House is an historic 30 room Bluestone Homestead built in 1873 situated on 140 acres of pristine western district farmland, available for private guided group tours and special events including weddings.
Coragulac House Cottages have two accommodation cottages available for guests or groups to stay and experience a truly unique accommodation experience.
Monash Cottage – Built by Monash University in the 1950’s as a field station to accommodate visiting scientists to study the local Volcanic Lakes in the area. Now fully refurbished offering comfortable accommodation with all the necessary amenities to provide guests with a unique local experience. The cottage is fully equipped offering one Queen Bedroom, Twin Bedroom fully equipped kitchen /dining room separate Living room and separate bathroom. Guests are welcome to bring along their pet, charges do apply per pet per stay.
Maids Quarters – Located in the South Wing of the Coragulac Homestead, originally providing accommodation for the housemaids, now fully refurbished offering beautiful accommodation with two Queen bedrooms, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen and separate bathroom featuring a queens slipper claw foot bath. Maids Quarters offers a unique accommodation experience within the Main Homestead, no pets allowed in Maids Quarters.
Guests staying in the cottages are exclusively offered the opportunity for a private tour of the Homestead, charges do apply.
