Creswick Visitor Information Centre

More Information

Creswick Visitor Information Centre is open seven days a week from 10am to 4pm. The team of friendly volunteers can assist with enquiries on what to see and do, where to stay, and what events are happening in Creswick and the surrounding area.

Collect a free map and range of brochures, use the complimentary Wi-Fi, and purchase souvenirs, detailed maps, and historical books.

Their team of local volunteers love to have a chat and share their knowledge of things to see and do in the region.

  • Use Plain English / easy read signage and information (includes menus and emergency information)
  • Use floors/coverings which are slip resistant, firm and smooth
  • Provide seating in common areas including reception area
  • Have step free outdoor pathways (includes picnic areas, barbecues and shelters)
  • Have a step free main entrance to the building and/or reception area (includes ramps or slopes with a maximum gradient of 1:14, otherwise are too steep for wheelchairs)
  • Have an accessible public toilet which is unlocked
  • Have at least one wheelchair accessible parking space with wheelchair accessible signage clearly displayed (International standards are 3200mm wide x 2500 mm high)
