Darby-Norris Distillery featuring 2Birdz Liquor Co, is a hand-crafted, artisan, family-owned micro distillery in Scottsdale, Tasmania.

2Birdz Liquor Co. was born from our love of what we do.

Our products are made using our own base spirit that is produced on site and then distilled, hand-bottled and labelled. From start to finish, we own the whole process.

We have pizza and platters available at all times!
