Derby Base is a three-bed house that can sleep up to 6 guests, situated in a quiet location just a short walk (or pedal) to the Derby shops and the Blue Derby mountain bike trails.

A renovated miners’ cottage, the home retains its, original character with modern conveniences.

Derby Base has been set up with comfort in mind – plush beds (1 queen, 4 king-singles), chaise lounge, full kitchen (with dishwasher and Nespresso), WIFI, slow combustion fire, flat screen TV and full laundry facilities.

There is also an outdoor entertaining area with a gas barbecue, two areas for lock-up bike storage, and plenty of off-street parking.
