At the heart of the evening is Yalumba, Australia’s oldest family-owned winery, with Louisa Rose, winemaker, Head of Sustainability, and Global Brand Ambassador, personally presenting a handpicked selection of wines. Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with a bespoke seasonal menu crafted by Executive Chef Nick McGonigal. Known for his refined, produce-driven style, Chef McGonigal draws on European culinary traditions while heroing the best of Victorian regional produce.
