Breakfast is a hyperlocal continental breakfast and includes some of Ballarat’s brilliant purveyors such as Vegas & Rose granola, Turret Bakery’s pastries and sourdough bread Inglenook dairy milk and butter, Salt Kitchen charcuterie hams and seasonal poached and fresh fruit. St Ali coffee and Bendigo Tea Associates artisans teas are also available. Breakfast is available seven days a week.
