Hotel Vera And Restaurant Babae

More Information

Hotel Vera is located in a painstakingly restored, 19th-century mansion in the heart of Sturt Street. Merging modernity, artistic credence, sustainability and seclusion, the hotel has just seven exquisite, personalised suites, a guest bar and garden oasis.

Hotel Vera is the home of fine diner Babae and was awarded one Chefs Hat by The Age Good Food Guide for 2025. Babae is headlined by culinary director and executive chef Tim Foster.

All rooms feature integrated climate control, double-glazed windows and premium insulation. Some suites feature stone plunge baths whilst others have beautiful marble bench seats and rain showers.

The Accessible Suite has been designed for guests who require additional space and amenities. The hotel’s pet-friendly suite accommodates house-trained dogs so they are equally able to enjoy their stay away.
