Icecream Republic hand makes small batch, all natural icecreams, gelatos and sorbets.

Taking lead from traditional Italian style gelato techniques, the team create bespoke local and international flavour combinations in house in their Castlemaine ice creamery. Icecream Republic offers you the classics, the favourites and the unique.

Find their little window at The Mill, Castlemaine and grab a scoop or two, add some hot fudge, take a shake, try a delicious ice cream spider, sticky date pudding, chocolate brownie sundae, berry crumble, peach cobbler or take home a Cherry Pie for the family.
