La Sardina Loca

More Information

La Sardina Loca is located just down the carriageway in mid-town Hobart, we’re your neighbourhood aperitivo bar slinging the food and drinks that make us happy.

Our menu of small plates is influenced by the cuisines of Spain and the Mediterranean, where food is the centrepiece of every good time. Built on tasty flavours to enjoy alongside your favourite libations, the La Sardina Loca spread champions plenty of great Tassie seafood and local produce.

Serving Mon – Thurs – 4-10 pm. Fri, Sat, Sun – 12- late.
Late Night 10 pm- late. Final drinks at 2 am

We’re proud to pour Tasmanian, domestic and international wines, beers and spirits, often lovingly crafted by our close friends and hospitality heroes (sometimes, we even stomp a few grapes ourselves). And our house cocktail list is a rotating showcase of fresh and seasonal ingredients, celebrating the drinking culture that we adore – old faithfuls and new-fashioneds to discover and sip with friends or alone. We’re all friends here, after all.

Set within one of Hobart’s oldest sandstone buildings, join us in our own little patch of living history. Pull up a stool in the sandstone courtyard or step inside and get comfy in a converted horse stable. We’re your home away from home.
