The Victorian Interschools Cross Country Championships serve as a very important means of introducing many Victorian school children to the sport of cross country skiing.

Over many years Mount Buller has provided a wonderful venue for this competition, and many of the sport’s elite athletes have risen through the various Interschools Age Divisions and gone on to represent Australia at World Cups, World Championships, and also the Olympics.
