PEARL + CO

More Information

Pearl + Co is Hobart’s award-wining oyster bar and seafood restaurant, located at Victoria Dock on the waterfront. The menu highlights Tasmania’s incredible oyster varieties, sustainable seafood with a strong hook-to-plate philosophy, and fresh local produce.

Situated right by the water with floor to ceiling windows, Pearl has indoor and outdoor seating options that all boast incredible views out over the working fishing port with the local boats close enough to touch.

The bar showcases selected spirits, celebrated Tasmanian wines, local beer, ciders, and a selection of classic cocktails which include some memorable signature creations.

With seasonal specials and it’s annual winter event – The Festival of Oysters – Pearl is an unmissable and authentic Tasmanian experience that celebrates the state’s best seafood producers.
