The present light is now painted white with a red cap and stands 40.5 metres above sea level. It is visible for 24 kilometres (15 nautical miles). The light group flashes white and red every 10 seconds.
The Lighthouse stands at approx Latitude 38* 20’ 4’’ South and Longitude 141* 36’ 6’’East.
The current power source comes from Mains Power.
The grounds surrounding the lighthouse are open to the general public and are a popular spot for photographers; the tower itself has no public access.
