This grade 5 challenging and steep track in the Cathedral Range State Park links The Farmyard to Sugarloaf Peak, crossing very exposed rocky outcrops, providing impressive views.
There is limited signage along the way so look for orange markers to help you keep to the track. Beware of rapidly changing weather conditions and strong winds and wear proper hiking footwear and attire.
The also connects Jawbone Carpark and Sugarloaf Saddle Carparks, both suitable places to start the loop from or park a car at both car parks for a shorter hike.
One of Australia’s most iconic travel experiences, Spirit of Tasmania makes travelling across Bass Strait flexible, convenient and easy.
