A rare Melbourne pop-up by Dunkeld’s Royal Mail Hotel is happening. A seasonal tasting menu, created by Executive Chef, Robin Wickens will be served in a heritage setting of the grand Rippon Lea Estate. A limited series of dinner services will be held in July and August 2025 in partnership with Showtime Events. Limited dates and limited tickets for each dinner are available.
