Sally’s Paddock at Redbank Winery was first established in 1973, and is located in the Pyrenees wine region of Victoria. Neill and Sally Robb established the winery, where today Neill is winemaker alongside his daughter Sasha.
Neill and Sally Robb’s Redbank Winery is a Victorian institution, thanks in part to the vision and hard work of its creators, and the unique personality of its principal wine, Sally’s Paddock. A character-filled, single vineyard blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Shiraz, Merlot and Malbec. This wonderfully rustic cellar door also does a good coffee and a fantastic ploughman’s lunch.
Wines include Sally’s Paddock, Sally’s Hill and Sasha. There is a range of share plates available at the Flying Pig Deli, as well as all-day coffee and cake.
One of Australia’s most iconic travel experiences, Spirit of Tasmania makes travelling across Bass Strait flexible, convenient and easy.
