Welcome to the Sawyers Arms Tavern. Built in 1850, ‘Clats’ is located in Newtown, and is one of Geelong’s oldest hotels. We offer a warm and inviting front bar, two convivial dining rooms complete with rich banquet seating and a cosy open fire and outdoor areas.

Join in for a beer, book a table to enjoy a steak and glass of red, or explore their carefully considered modern Australian menu by Executive Chef, Jackson Hunt.

The Sawyers Arms Tavern site is also home to two new restaurant offerings: Two Noble is a Chef’s Hat awarded restaurant located upstairs, offering Asian fine dining. Eileen’s is located next door, and is a European style steak restaurant.
