The property is a two acre, battle-axe block, resting on an ancient sand-dune north and east facing, rises steeply to the west crest. Elevations capture variety of beautiful vistas, including big skies.

The extensive regenerative gardens incorporate barbecue areas, a communal outdoor fire. Permaculture principals, solar power, rainwater collection and wastewater treatment. Worm-farms, composting, companion planting and successive crop rotation, with poultry and bees at work. In defined zones, there are food gardens just outside the buildings. A young food forest and a fenced orchard also provide varied and abundant food.

Meandering paths and garden rooms provide space for the spirit and wildlife habitat. There is quite a variety of wildlife including often seen koalas, ring-tail possums, wallabies and a huge variety of birds.
