Located where the creek meets the sea on the site of Mordialloc Sailing Club, Seasoul Sauna is Bayside’s first sauna on the beach!

Single communal bookings are available for an hour-and-a-half session (up to six people) or the sauna can be booked out privately for use for an hour and a half.

There are staff to guide you through the traditional Finnish protocol which includes three rounds of sauna (15 minutes) and three rounds of cool down in the ocean and rest in between.

The hydration station is available for free at every session and includes infused water, tea, Celtic salt and honey. Add-on treatments can also be booked including face masks, hair masks, coffee scrubs and salt scrubs.

There is free parking nearby and towels and slides are provided.
