Seven Sheds Brewery Meadery and Hop Garden

More Information

Seven Sheds is is centrally located within Tasmania’s Tasting Trail – Cradle to Coast region and the Northern Forage Drive Journey. It is less than an hours’ drive from Launceston, Devonport, Burnie and Cradle Mountain. Seven Sheds cellar door is also at the centre of the Wild Mersey mountain bike trails, nestled between Latrobe and Sheffield.

Seven Sheds cellar door is in a tranquil garden setting and offers up to five beers for tasting and by the glass, plus bottled seasonal brews and limited release brewer’s reserves to tantalise the tastebuds. This small artisanal brewery was one of Tasmania’s craft brewing pioneers, opening for business in 2008. Informative brewery tours are available for those who want to know more about the brewing process.

Railton parkrun is only a few minutes walk away every Saturday morning and the Tasmanian Trail is less than 500 metres away.

Seven Sheds is also handy for visitors returning to the Spirit of Tasmania ferry to buy gifts and supplies for their “I’ve been to Tassie” party. Cellar door samples, tasting paddles, beer by the glass and bottle sales are available from September through to April. Food is available for groups by prior arrangement.

Pre-booked brewery tours are available Friday to Sunday.
