The house has two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite in addition to the luxurious bathing room, all with magnificent water views. The first bedroom has a king double and the second bedroom can be set up with a king double or two singles.

Sited on an acre of land located in the beautiful and peaceful hamlet of Nungurner, the property is just 10 minutes from Metung, its restaurants and Hot Springs. The modern kitchen is fully appointed with an induction cooktop and oven, microwave, expresso coffee machine, dishwasher, stainless steel benchtop and kitchen pantry basics.

With a patio on the lake side and an enclosed courtyard complete with an outdoor shower, barbeque and outdoor dining setting, the house caters for all seasons.
