Nestled in the lush surrounds of Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula, The Cambium is an exclusive-use venue for groups looking to enact change, away from the distractions of their traditional workplace.

It is a space designed to nurture purposeful collaboration, creative thinking, and in-depth strategy in the great outdoors. It is a blank canvas for innovation, thoughtfully tailored to the unique intention of each group’s visit.

No two experiences are the same, with every group package tailored to their unique needs. The team works with each client to curate their experience with a selection of experiences, including venue hire, team building activities, private dining, business speakers/facilitators, and wellbeing activities.

The Cambium houses three buildings nestled under the towering Manna Gums.

Their 10 King/Queen accommodation suites all have their own bathrooms, private view of the nature reserve and sprawling gardens.

The first building is The Stables. It houses the business spaces which consist of The Boardroom, Manna Hall (multipurpose room) and The Loft (workspace and lounge).

The Cambium Dining Room and reception are situated in the third building with a grand bluestone fireplace and spectacular garden views.

Groups are encouraged to wander, take in the fresh air and explore.

Other facilities include outdoor fire pits, a harvest garden, direct access to walking trails and more.
