The Stick Shed, located in Murtoa, Victoria is the last remaining bulk wheat storage built during World War Two. It is a must see Australian icon. To see it is to be amazed, by its size, the cathedral like light and its unique ambience.

This Trip Advisor Five Star rated attraction boasts not just physical beauty but also has a fascinating back story offering an extraordinary insight into the building techniques of the time.

265 metres long, 60 metres wide and 20 metres high it was completed in just five months. Designed to last a decade, it has survived eight decades and counting.

The Stick Shed was listed by Heritage Victoria in 1990 and placed on the Australian Heritage List at Number 101 out of just 121 in 2014.
