Three Dams Estate is a small batch, boutique vineyard and winery specialising in sustainably produced Spanish wine varietals, Tempranillo, Grenache and Monastrell (aka Mourvèdre/Mataro).
With a focus on bio-dynamic farming and sustainable practices, their wines are made using traditional methods, open fermentations, gentle basket pressing and no filtering resulting in wines that reflect the unique characteristics of their natural environment with minimal human intervention.
They also operate a Cellar Door and Spanish Cantina that is open the first and third weekend of the month and also presents live music, theatre and comedy events in their rustic Wine Shed performance venue.
