Waterworks Reserve is located at Waterworks Road, Ridgeway, Tasmania. It is open daily, including Christmas, with 24-hour pedestrian access via a turnstile beside the main gate. While sheltered BBQ sites require reservations, the unsheltered ones are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Amenities at the reserve include BBQ facilities, parking, a historic site, picnic tables, a playground, seating, shade trees, shelters, toilets, and walking trails. Please note that dogs are not allowed.
