Wilhelmina Falls

More Information

If you are looking for a challenging trek with a stunning waterfall reward, put the Wilhelmina Falls Walk on your must-do list.

It’s the largest cascade in the district, with a 75 metre high waterfall. Situated in the Murrindindi Scenic Reserve at the northern end of the Toolangi State Forest, the falls can be reached via a 3.15 kilometre walk, 6.3 kilometres return. A walking track from either the Water Gauge or the SEC Camping Grounds will lead you to the Wilhelmina Falls.

Stairs beside the falls give access to the upper and lower elevations of the falls looking out across the treetops of the Toolangi State Forest.

There is also a roadside viewing area located on Murrindindi Road that gives you a view of the falls through the trees from a distance.
