Wilmot Hills Orchard and Distillery is a micro-distillery with cellar door attached. Opening 6 days a week except for Wednesdays.
All spirits are fermented, distilled, and aged onsite. The apple orchard boasts 11 varieties of apples of which are used for making cider. The product range includes Gin, Apple Brandy, Kirsch, Grappa, Absinthe, Rhubarb Wine, Cherry Port, and Lemon Cello.
The distillery is located approximately 40 minutes from Devonport and an hour from Cradle Mountain.
