Working Heritage is a not-for-profit organisation managing Crown land heritage sites across Victoria. Since 1998, Working Heritage has conserved and revitalised historic places for public use and enjoyment.
They are responsible for 16 heritage places across metropolitan and regional Victoria – from the Former Royal Mint in central Melbourne to Court Houses in rural towns. They specialise in managing government assets of heritage significance that are no longer needed for their original function.
The Victorian Government appointed Working Heritage to manage Jack’s Magazine in 2015 and since then they have been actively working to revitalise the property and convert it into a vibrant economic and community space that will be consistently accessible to the public.
One of Australia’s most iconic travel experiences, Spirit of Tasmania makes travelling across Bass Strait flexible, convenient and easy.
