Travel inside 72 hours

Request for assistance where travel is inside 72 hours or to book an accessible cabin or recliner is only available via our Customer Contact Centre and Terminal. 

Travel outside 72 hours

Passengers with specific needs and requiring assistance as listed on our Specific Needs and Assistance page who have a travel date that is not within the next 72 hours can book and manage their booking online.  When your booking is finalised please complete the sections that apply to you.  Please complete this form for each person requesting assistance.
