This can be due to one of the following reasons:
a) The travel dates you have selected are not within the travel period on selected day sailings.
b) The offer has already sold out on the sailing you have selected.
2. I already have a booking; can I change/amend it to this special offer?
No, this offer is for new bookings only.
3. Can I book this offer over the phone or in person?
This offer is available to be booked over the phone via the Customer Contact Centre or in person at the Reservations Counter, however a booking fee of $10 per person each way will apply.
4. Can I change my current Red Hot booking to this deal?
