Our staff follow the highest level of hygiene protocols and cleaning procedures. Throughout the journey our crew regularly clean and disinfect high touch surfaces in common areas. After each journey a professional cleaning crew cleans the ship including disinfecting surfaces in cabins and common areas.
There are hand sanitiser stations situated in key areas on all main decks. While on board we encourage all passengers and crew to use these stations regularly.
All passengers are required to wear a face mask at our terminals and on board our ships. Face masks should be worn at all times including during boarding and disembarkation and in any public areas on board. Face masks will be supplied to passengers who do not have their own mask or an appropriate face covering.
A Medical Attendant is on board at all times and will work with our highly trained crew to implement procedures should any passenger present with symptoms.
For the safety of passengers we have restricted access to onboard facilities.
All passengers are required to remain in their assigned cabins for the duration of the journey. Smokers are permitted to use the designated smoking areas if essential but must return directly back to their cabins. All onboard facilities are closed. This includes all eateries including bars, the cinemas, The Pantry, Kids Play Area, Gaming Station, Game Zone and Admirals Gaming Lounge. There will be no food or beverages available for purchase on board. Passengers will be provided with a snack pack however it is recommended that passengers eat prior to boarding and/or pack their own meals, snacks and beverages. We recommend you pack enough entertainment options to stay occupied throughout the journey.
For the safety of our passengers and staff, we only accept credit and debit card payments in our terminals.
