Online bookings can be paid with Spirit of Tasmania gift voucher or credit card. Card Payment Fees apply. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB credit cards.
Card Payment Fees
Card payment fees apply to some card payment transactions made online and via the Customer Contact Centre.
Card payment fees are inclusive of GST.
Some bookings cannot be made online and need to be booked via a dedicated team or Customer Contact Centre. For more information please use the following links:

Phone bookings incur a $10 fee per person each way. Our Customer Contact Centre can be contacted on 1800 884 305 and is open Monday to Saturday 10.00am – 6.00pm.

Managing your existing booking
Online amendments and cancellations are available up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Simply login to My Booking with your booking number and last name. If you wish to amend your booking via our Customer Contact Centre team or terminal service desk, amendment fees do apply. See our FAQs for more information about existing bookings.
