Bookings and payment can be made online, through our Customer Contact Centre, terminal service desk or your local travel agent.
Booking and payment information
Avoid the phone booking fee and book online. Our website is available for bookings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To get started, fill in your booking details to the left and click 'go'.
Online bookings can be paid with internet banking (via POLi) or credit card. Additional credit card fees do not apply. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club credit cards. However, if purchasing travel insurance with your booking, American Express and Diners Club credit cards cannot be accepted.
The following bookings cannot be made online and must be booked through our dedicated team areas or Customer Contact Centre:
- Bookings requiring special assistance. If you need a Wheelchair Accessible Cabin, have a special assistance dog or a medical condition, please book via our Customer Contact Centre. The phone booking fee is waived for special assistance passengers.
- Bookings for 15 or more people (groups of up to 14 can be booked online) For further information or to enquire about a group booking, click here.
- Freight bookings. For further information about freight services, click here.
Phone bookings incur a $10 fee per person each way. Our Customer Contact Centre can be contacted on 1800 884 305 and is open 7 days a week from 8.00am - 8.30pm (Monday to Saturday) and 9.00am - 8.00pm (Sunday).

Managing your existing booking
Online amendments are free and available up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time of your existing journey or the new journey you wish to travel on. Simply login to my booking with your booking number and last name. If you wish to amend your booking via our Customer Contact Centre or terminal service desk, including within 24 hours to your departure time, amendment fees do apply.
