Special needs

Passengers with special needs must notify us at the time of booking and during check-in so that we can assist you.

Special needs include booking a Wheelchair Accessible Cabin or Recliner, travelling with an assistance dog or if you have a medical condition including any mobility, hearing and or sight impairments.

- Ship map showing location of accessible cabins and toilets

Please note: Passengers with special needs, must check in at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time.
