Ride a Chairlift to the Top of The Nut

Once a volcano about 13 million years ago The Nut sits right on the edge of Bass Strait, in Stanley so imagine the sweeping vistas from up top. You can hike The Nut too – effort for your champagne picnic lunch at the top.

Stay in the Wild

Corinna weaves through the world’s largest single tract of cool temperate rainforest and is the only surviving remote area settlement. Come and see a working seahorse farm with truly unique access to magical creatures. Take an educational tour through ‘The Cave of the Seahorse’ and the ‘Wonders of the Southern Ocean Aquarium’. Next door see the world’s only two monotremes – the platypus and the echidna, at play in the wharf shed at Beauty Point.

See Devils in Darkness

Devils in the Dark is a rare opportunity to see the nocturnal Tasmanian devil come to life after dark and watch how devils behave in the wild. It’s also helped to raise the profile of the endangered species, and those who do the tour are contributing directly towards the Tasmanian devils future.
