This can be due to one of the following reasons:
a) The options you have selected do not meet the special offer requirements. Please note, the travel period is restricted to the below listed sailings and subject to availability.
There are no current last minute walk-on specials
b) The offer has already sold out on the sailing you have selected.
c) You have tried to book a vehicle with this fare. Please note: this fare is strictly for passengers only and the purchase of vehicles is unavailable.
2. I already have a booking; can I change/amend it to this special offer?
No, this offer is for new bookings only.
3. Can I book this offer over the phone or in person?
This offer is available to be booked via the Customer Contact Centre in person or over the phone, however a booking fee of $10 per person each way will apply.
